This highly transparent material is processed in an energy-efficient manner using direct 3D printing and is characterized by high stability and excellent UV resistance. Earmolds made from light-curing 3D acrylate have a high elongation at break and do not become brittle. They are robust, particularly easy to care for and meet the highest aesthetic demands. Available in three colors. All rigid earmolds are ground, compacted and polished to a high gloss in our 3-stage vibratory finishing process. The homogeneous surface treatment is a process that is coordinated in detail, because our extremely break-resistant earmolds with dirt-repellent surfaces and a brilliant high-gloss finish are only created with the right setting and the perfect "recipe". The validated and standardized vibratory finishing process ensures a reproducible precision finish with high surface quality for every single earmould. A lacquered or glazed surface can be ordered as an option for an additional charge.

This premium material is rigid at room temperature and becomes soft and flexible when worn in the ear. As the material adapts perfectly to the ear canal in this way, a natural wearing sensation is guaranteed and pressure pain, e.g. when moving the jaw, is a problem of the past. Thanks to these permanently elastic, flexible properties, polyurethane earmolds are characterized by a very high level of long-term wearing comfort. Its resistance to UV light (no discoloration) and high tear resistance make it an extremely robust material with a long service life. Our thermo-flexible PU is biocompatible and contains no monomers. This makes it not only skin-friendly, but also suitable for sensitive ears and allergies. Available in two colors.

Thanks to state-of-the-art cross-linking methods, even thin-walled earmolds can be easily processed from our silicone material. The molecular structure of the silicone guarantees high tear resistance and excellent dimensional stability. The high resistance to chemicals and environmental influences such as UV light, dirt, sweat or creams make all silicone earmolds robust and easy to care for. Easy cleaning is supported by a water and dirt-repellent surface, which is created by the reduced surface tension. Our soft silicone is biocompatible and contains no plasticizers. This makes it not only skin-friendly, but also suitable for very sensitive ears. Thanks to the elastic, soft-flexible material properties, silicone earmolds are characterized by a high level of long-term wearing comfort. Available in two degrees of hardness and ten colors.
Retention
We also always design our retentions for BTE earmolds according to the following principle:
The right fixation for every anatomy - as little as possible, as much as necessary. All functional edges are additionally processed after digital modelling and optimized down to the smallest detail by our bachmaier® grinding. This gives our products their incomparable momentum.

This type of fixation sits deep in the ear canal and is therefore almost invisible in the ear.
Short hook
This minimalist support covers very little of the ear, is hardly visible and provides reliable hold.
Long hook
The holding points of the long hook are located in the lower concha and cymba area and provide additional hold.
Claw
The claw shape provides a secure grip thanks to its holding points in the cymba and on the antitragus.
Ring
This ring-shaped support uses all the holding points of the auricle, has good heat dissipation and allows easy insertion and removal.
Shell
The shell provides the most secure fit and the highest seal in the ear due to its large contact area.
Venting
We supplement our ventings with three additional options.
Normal
Additional waxing on the tragus increases the seal.
Graded (Stepvent)
Additional waxing on the tragus increases the seal.
Separate
A ventilation hole is drilled above and below the receiver hole.
Extension for all vents
With this option, the ventings can be easily enlarged during the fitting process. We place the appropriate holes in advance to simplify post-processing.

Please include the corresponding tube for installation with Slimtube systems - otherwise, we will drill as standard so that nearly any system can be installed later.
Ear canal length
For various audiologic and anatomical conditions, you can choose between three lengths.
Short Ends between the first and second bend.
Medium Ends at the second bend. (Standard)
Long Ends above the second bend.
Cymba length
For various audiological and anatomical conditions, you can choose from three lengths.
Short For sensitive customers or difficult anatomies. Low retention.
Medium Normal retention. (Standard)
Long Strong retention.
Extras
Connector for air ball
This option makes drying and blowing out an earmold much easier. The end of the vent is provided with a hole adapted to the air ball. This means that the air ball can be attached quickly and easily after cleaning the earmolds.
Jaw joint recess
We offer this option for all earmolds in order to ensure a fitting with earmolds that is as free as possible from occlusion and chewing noise.
Earwax recess
Earwax can accumulate in this small, funnel-shaped depression between the sound and ventilation ducts. This prevents blockages and soiling of the holes.
Color marking
Our earmolds are marked blue for left and red for right as standard.
Desired laser engraving
In addition to the serial number, we engrave a name of your choice or an individual number on the earmold. Up to 11 characters are possible.
Antireflection
A special sandblasting process is used to anti-reflect the earmold on the surfaces facing the ear canal. This creates an even, silky matt surface that neither reflects nor gleams, even in strong light, thus ensuring minimal visibility in the ear.
Special shapes
All special shapes can be ordered in all materials. Many other options are also possible, e.g. antireflection or customized laser engraving.
