This highly transparent material is processed energy-efficiently in direct 3D printing and is characterised by high stability and excellent UV resistance. Earmolds made of light-curing 3D acrylate have high elongation at break and do not become brittle. They are robust, particularly easy to care for and meet the highest aesthetic standards. All rigid earmolds are ground, compacted and polished to a high gloss in our 3-stage vibratory grinding process. The homogeneous surface treatment is a precisely coordinated process, because only with the right settings and the perfect ‘formula’ can we create our extremely break-resistant earmolds with dirt-repellent surfaces and a brilliant high-gloss finish. The validated and standardised vibratory grinding process ensures a reproducible precision finish with high surface quality for each individual earmould. Our snug products are made from the same materials and undergo the same high-quality process. Only the final step, polishing, is omitted. The snugs for Apple AirPod Pro 1st, 2nd and 3rd generation are available in matt black.
