Our customized earmolds made of highly transparent 3D acrylic impress with their excellent dimensional stability, high UV resistance and particularly smooth surface quality. The material is break-resistant, dirt-repellent and easy to clean – ideal for regular use in working environments with high hygiene and handling requirements, e.g. frequent insertion and removal. The hard material is manufactured using an energy-efficient 3D printing process – based on a light-curing resin with high elongation at break. This makes the earmould particularly resistant to brittle fracture and mechanical stress. A standardised, three-stage vibratory finishing process ensures compacted, highly polished surfaces with a brilliant finish – consistently precise, durable and aesthetically pleasing.

Regardless of size or design – plus, classic or mini – all variants offer the same high level of attenuation. This is made possible by our precise production using a CAD-supported 3D printing process, in which each earmold is individually adapted to the shape of the ear and the respective noise situation. This is how we guarantee optimum protection – accurately fitting, repeatable and reliable.
Filters
Flexible filters – customized for every noise situation
Our filter types from light to extra strong follow an intuitive colour scheme: from light (light) to black (extra strong). The attenuation level should always be selected to suit the respective noise source or work situation – ideally on the basis of a professional noise measurement.
Thanks to the modular filter system, the insulating effect can be flexibly adapted by simply changing the filter. For better orientation, the filters have 1 to 4 identification points – from 1 (light) to 4 (extra strong).
Does what it promises: the bachmaier® CUSTOMFIT cord
Quiet, comfortable and secure. Thanks to the special hydrophobic coating and the loosely woven structure of the cord, sound transmission is effectively minimised. The connecting element also offers additional protection: it loosens under extreme tensile load.
Our earmolds are marked for left and right as standard. Depending on the colour of the earmold, the markings are black or white.
Personalised and individual: the custom laser marking
In addition to the serial number, we engrave a name or number of your choice on the earmold. Up to 11 characters are possible.
Easy to find: The detector ball
A corrosion-resistant and durable detector ball can be used to make the hearing protection easy to find. If the hearing protection is lost, the detector ball makes it easy to find using metal detectors.
